  • If the nature of the construction prevents the markers from being placed on top of the numerals, they are to be located off the runway along the extended runway centerline.
  • The markers are to become property of the airport upon completion of the project.
  • The markers are to be of a permanent type, constructed of vinyl or other lightweight durable material as manufactured by Neubert Aero Corp. or similar approved equal.
